The Magic of Leadership
Everything boils down to leadership, period. Leadership is not a born trait, but one that is learned, and many times governed by those who have led us, as well as those we emulate. This workshop helps others to find the leader within themselves, to identify key leadership characteristics of success, and to discover leadership is not a title – anyone has the ability to act as a leader. So how does leadership relate to us as fair managers? Why is leadership critical to your success? Learn what your leadership style is and what it means through this interactive and participative workshop. This award-winning presentation will present leadership development tools and provide key aspects of leadership skills that workshop speaker Larry Berry learned as a leader and manager at Walt Disney World.
Presented by Larry Berry (Kissimmee Valley Livestock Show & Osceola County Fair, FL)

Leveraging Your Fairground’s Year-Round Opportunities
