Never attended the IAFE Annual Convention? Need assistance with travel expenses? Are you 40 years old and under? The IAFE Zones and the IAFE Education Foundation provide numerous scholarships and grants to participate in the IAFE Annual Convention. We encourage you to apply for all scholarships and grants that you qualify for. APPLICATION DEADLINE: AUGUST 31, 2021.
ypi zONE sCHOLARSHIPS
IAFE YPI Zone scholarships are available to individuals under the age of 40 involved at member fairs who would like to attend the annual IAFE Convention and Trade Show. Working with the IAFE Young Professionals Initiative (YPI) committee, IAFE zones provide scholarships to help cover the expenses of travel and accommodations to attend the convention. The IAFE provides complimentary attendee registration to each recipient. To qualify for a Zone YPI Scholarship, the delegate:
Must be less than 40 years of age and more than 21 years of age by the first day of the IAFE Convention
Must have never attended the IAFE Convention or have not been in three or more years.
Must be from a Fair that is located in the respective zone (board member, staff members, or volunteer)
Fair representing the nominee must be a current member of the International Association of Fairs and Expositions.
In addition to the numerous IAFE YPI Zone Scholarships to attend the IAFE Annual Convention & Trade Show, Zones offer scholarships to attend the Zone meetings, the IAFE Annual Convention & Trade Show or other types of scholarships.
COCA-COLA COMPANY SMALL FAIR FIRST TIMERS GRANT
The IAFE with the support of our valued partner, The Coca-Cola Company, provides grants, for the registration fees, to the 2021 IAFE Annual Convention November 28 - December 1 in San Antonio, TX
Eligibility: Must be an IAFE member fair with annual attendance of less than 100,000 and no member affiliated with the member fair has attended the IAFE convention since 2010.
The IAFE Education Foundation, through the generosity of donors, disperses over $17,000 scholarship dollars annually. Each recipient must be a member of the IAFE enrolled in the Institute of Fair Management and meet the scholarship requirements. Scholarships added when available.
