IAFE Convention 2024 Early Information

December 1-4, 2024

 

SCHEDULE NOTES
November 30: Registration will open at 6 p.m.
December 1 will kick off full-on with workshops starting at 8 a.m.
December 4 will feature a closing party until about 5 p.m.
December 5: CPP workshop and Experiences/Tours

 

HOTELS
There will be five official hotels, with rates ranging from $138 to $189 + tax (at the HQ hotel). Hotel reservations for the official block (and please book in the block) will open on June 1.

 

REGISTRATION
The maximum early bird registration fee will be $460. Registration will open in early July (exact date TBD)
Add-On’s:
- CPP: $165/person
- Board Governance: $125 pre registration/$150 on site
- Raisin for a Reason: Tables range from $1,200 to $1,500 (depending on whether the table seats 8 or 10), and tickets are typically $125 before the pre-registration deadline and $135 on-site. This is subject to change, however.

The Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport code is AZA and is 45 minutes away. An Uber from this airport starts at $45, and a Taxi starts at $98.
