IAFE ANNUAL TRADE SHOW
December 1-2, 2025, at the Colorado Convention Center
This is not a contract. A contract will be sent upon receipt and approval of this application. A nonrefundable $300 deposit per booth will be required on August 1, 2025. The balance is due September 1. Space will be assigned May 1, 2025, and the first choice will be based on Exhibitor Priority Points. Associate membership will also be considered. Assignments after May 1 will be based on the date the application is received in the IAFE office.

BOOTH RATES:
$1,550 per 10' x 10' space
(non-member rate)

$1,300 per 10' x 10' space
(member rate)

$100 Corner Charge
(An additional $100 per booth will be added to the Indoor Space charge for each corner space.)

Tables, chairs, electrical, etc., are NOT included.
