Tour WestWorld of Scottsdale

Embark on an exclusive "Tour of WestWorld Scottdale", the premier, nationally recognized multi-use event facility, host of the Arabian National Breeder Finals, Barrett Jackson Car Auction, USA Fit Games, and the Polo Championships to name a few. This driving tour presents an unparalleled glimpse into a premier event facility sprawling across 360 acres, boasting over 300,000 square feet of exhibit space and 11 arenas, equipped with facilities that cater to 11,000 vehicles and 470 RV hookups for sewer and water. Tailored for fair management professionals, the tour culminates in an insightful Q&A session with WestWorld's elite staff. They will showcase the versatility and share a peak behind the logistics of accommodating several diverse events back to back. They will also share any tips and tricks they have learned with 'DIRT'. Don't miss this professional and compelling opportunity to tour this grand and very functional facility. 
Buses will depart the Phoenix Convention Center at 8 am and return around noon.

Tour of the Footprint Center, Home of the Phoenix Sun and the Phoenix Mercury basketball

Join us for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of Footprint Center.

 

Home of the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury, the venue opened in 1992 and has hosted hundreds of top-level live events. With a $250 million renovation in 2020, Footprint Center highlights fan experiences including premium spaces that go beyond clubs and suites.

 

Additionally, Footprint Center employs a full-time ADA Specialist who will share insights into their emphasis on ADA accessibility, including a Sensory Room in partnership with KultureCity.  

 

The group will depart the Phoenix Convention Center at 10:15 am to walk to the Footprint Center and return around 12:15 pm. The walk to the Footprint Center is around a quarter of a mile and will take 8 minutes to walk. Please let us know if you need accommodations, transportation is not planned for this event.

Tour of Chase Field, Home of the Arizona Diamondbacks

Closed-toed shoes and your ID will be required for entry. Because of the variety of temperatures on the tour, we recommend bringing a jacket. Buses will depart the Phoenix Convention Center at 9 am and return around noon.
