Please note that when applying for booth space, if you are a new exhibitor, you will likely not be found in the search. You will just need to click “Start” to create an application.
Once you have submitted your application and indicated your booth selection, an IAFE Staff Member will review your membership status to confirm your rate and either approve your choice or place you in a location that Show Management feels works best. (Note, please don’t select space near a similar or competing firm.)
When Show Management approves your location, you will receive a confirmation email. Note, a $300 deposit will be required within 15 days to confirm your participation (full payment is due Aug. 1).
A 10’ x 10’ exhibit space in the IAFE Trade Show includes:

An 8-foot-tall wall of black drape at the back of your booth and 3-foot-tall side rails.

An ID sign that indicates your firm name.

Two exhibitor registrations are included with each booth purchased (additional badges are $50 each).
Note, exhibit space fees do not include any furnishings, electrical, or carpet. Those items can be ordered through the respective show service providers. An ordering kit will be made available to all exhibitors around September 1. Show details can be found here.
EXHIBITOR BADGES
We will be preparing a packet of name badges for each exhibitor participating in the 2025 IAFE Trade Show. This packet will be available for pickup on Sunday, November 30, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Monday, December 1, from 7:30 am to 11:30 am. For each booth purchased, you are eligible to receive up to two (2) badges. Additional badges are $50 each. In order to have the name badges ready, we need a list of your company representatives who will be in attendance. Please complete and return this form by October 1, 2025, to avoid delays at the registration desk.

EXHIBITOR PRIORITY POINTS
1. IAFE Exhibitors earn one point for each consecutive year they exhibit in the IAFE Trade Show. If an exhibitor misses a year, their total point count resets to zero.
2. IAFE Exhibitors receive one point for each booth purchased, up to a maximum of 100 points. This total includes all booths purchased since the Priority Point System was established.
3. IAFE Exhibitors earn one point for every $1,000 spent on sponsorships during the previous 12 months, with a cap of 20 points per year.
4. Exhibitors who qualify for Titanium Level Sponsorship (sponsorships of $20,000 or more) receive priority in booth assignments based on their total priority point count.
To utilize your IAFE Exhibitor Priority Point total, you must submit your application by May 1st each year, as booth assignments are made on that date. Any applications received after May 1 will be assigned after those submitted before the deadline.
