What is YP & Their Events – Amy Listle
Amy Listle is the director of the Jefferson County Fair, Wis., overseeing all year-round operations in addition to the fair. She also serves as the chair of the IAFE Young Professionals group and is chair of the IAFE Non-Fair Facility Usage committee.
YP (Young Professionals) is for industry professionals under the age of 40, to create community and help build a network, including education and different events.
Those activities at the convention will include a virtual pre-session on what to expect at the convention and a Ment-A-Minute (a speed networking session with more seasoned fair professionals) session on Monday. Tuesday includes Connect and Cocktails for under 40 only with more networking within the group and a social outing after hours that will be open to everyone. The YP also presents a workshop as part of the educational offerings at the convention.
