After a year of not being able to gather with our fair family, the excitement is building for the 2021 IAFE Annual Convention. The planning committee is working hard on the event and we can’t wait to see everyone in San Antonio beginning on November 28 for a live and in-person event.
Since we were there last in 2019, many of the hotels and facilities have gone through a transformation. The Henry B Gonzales Convention Center is a GBAC certified facility, but in addition to installing touchless fixtures and doors, and implementing enhanced cleaning protocols, they have added a new café & bar option for dining in the west lobby. The Marriott’s and the Hyatt have also completed their renovations.
You spoke and we listened. The Convention schedule has evolved to allow more time for individual and group networking. There is a basic schedule posted on the website today, with more details coming soon. Please check out the program before making your travel arrangements.

discounts on the website for your travel needs. Room reservations will open with registration in July.
